If you are looking for a restaurant that lives up to it's name, then you got it here when you hit the Rock Bottom. While Seattle may be known for it's coffee greatness, it's service is getting to be evident in the polar opposite. If only the 15 minute wait in an abandoned Sunday night room was the only disappointment. This is one of America's greatest past-times... The old bait and switch.

This wonderful brewpub atmosphere is both enchanting and cozy. The menus show exquisite pictures of their dishes. Unfortunately this is where your pleasant evening ends. The new England lobster roll looks enticing and you can never go wrong with a choice 10 oz. N.Y. Strip steak, so we thought. If you idea of pleasant is bland, then you have found your perfect dishes of mediocrity. The lobster roll while looking delicious was flavorless and an utter disappointment. The steak was astonishingly tender, for being entirely dry and the lack of any flavor other than charred meat leads you to do the ultimate of sins, asking for steak sauce.

The lack of flavor or anything decent is evident when even on the kids meal the only decent choice is buttered noodles, which still found an epic FAIL. So if you desire a most unmemorable experience of over-priced food then remember there is nothing more fitting than hitting rock bottom. – Funky - 2010.08.08
