What can I say... It's food. (Not to mention my $20 word, so I've got to make good use of it.)

I find this an extremely difficult question to answer, since I have never heard of the phrase "eclectic cuisine". Even though I knew these words already, I decided to look up a dictionary and got this: eclectic - made up of a variety of styles/sources cuisine - style or method of cooking After looking at these definitions, I decided that this was talking about what people should know about different cuisines. It's more of a combination of all styles and focuses on the love of food and cooking using fresh herbs in combination with common and exotic seasonings.
